Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in every DAYUMCRZY piece you wear.

If something isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return

Reach out via Telegram or email with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size of the same item are welcome within 14 days, subject to availability.

Items Not Eligible

• Items marked as final sale
• Accessories (socks, stickers, keychains) for hygiene reasons
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Items returned after the 14-day window
